How bid requests are handled
Oakline Framing uses the information you provide so we can review your project and respond about a framing bid.
The bid form collects your name; a phone number and/or email; project type; location; preferred contact method; your role; labor versus materials preference; plans status; optional size and target start; a project description; and the public page path that led to the form. Role, work package, and plans status are required fields. A hidden anti-spam field is included and is not used for marketing.
This website does not keep an account or lead database. When you submit the form, your browser sends the details to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an external form delivery service, which then attempts to email estimates@oaklineframing.com. Oakline uses that information to review the request and follow up about the framing project. FormSubmit documents a limited submission archive; mailbox operation and how long any copy remains available are outside this site’s control.
A submission confirmation means the form service accepted the request. It is not proof that the message reached an inbox. Opening a manual email draft does not send anything until you send it.
Phone numbers shown on the site are used only for a direct call when you choose to tap them. Text messaging is not offered on this site. We do not sell bid requests.
Site fonts are self-hosted with the page. The Get a Bid page embeds a Google Maps map, and some images are loaded from images.unsplash.com. No analytics, advertising, or call-tracking scripts are installed in this site’s source.
Questions about a bid request or this privacy notice can be sent to estimates@oaklineframing.com or by calling (405) 652-7558. Do not send unrelated personal documents through the form.
